- Delivery to a convenient branch or parcel locker.
- Delivery time depends on your region and the carrier’s workload.
Please note: Shipping cost is calculated automatically by the carrier during checkout.
Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- If the item is in stock at our warehouse, your order will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
- If the item is stored at our supplier’s warehouse, dispatch time is 3–4 business days.
In case of stock unavailability or delivery time changes, our manager will contact you to confirm all details.
Order Tracking & Delivery Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) to track your parcel via the Nova Poshta website or mobile app.
- Standard delivery notifications are sent directly by the carrier.
- Upon request, we can send you the tracking number manually.
- You will be notified once your parcel arrives at the selected pickup point.

International Shipping
We offer international delivery upon request.
