Active headphones 3M Peltor ComTac XPI with microphone Olive provide reliable hearing protection while amplifying ambient sounds to a comfortable level, such as spoken language. They are designed to block or muffle loud impulse sounds. They are fully compatible with ballistic helmets, tile carriers, and assault suits. These headphones are especially useful for hunters and shooters who want to improve communication and orientation in the environment.

The difference from the ComTac™ VI model is that it does not have the function of communication between headsets without using a walkie-talkie. This version does not support radio connection (without audio output and microphone).
