The AAJT-S (Abdominal Aortic and Junctional Tourniquet-Stabilized) abdominal tourniquet is a modern medical device designed to stop nodular bleeding in areas where conventional tourniquets cannot be applied.

It stops bleeding in the upper torso.

It is effective for stopping bleeding in the lower torso, including the groin area.

The tourniquet is applied to the abdominal cavity, creating localized pressure to compress the vessels. It is suitable for use in emergency situations where rapid control of internal bleeding is required.
