The Assault Medical Backpack UTactic Animus-Adapt Coyote is an innovative medical backpack designed to work in difficult tactical conditions. Developed by a combat medic (“68W”) with the participation and taking into account the needs of the Special Forces units. Created by professionals for professionals. Roomy, but compact in design, the backpack combines the functionality of a full-fledged medical backpack and adaptability to the tasks of special operations forces. It is also suitable for general military and police operations, as well as private security companies.

The name of the backpack speaks for itself. “Animus” in Latin means ‘spirit, soul, breath, intention, character, nature, courage, courage’ - this, like nothing else, characterizes the list of qualities a medic needs in an assault unit. The prefix “Adapt” means the ability to adapt to any difficult conditions. In the context of a medic's work and service, the phrase “adapt or die” is of great importance.

The size and volume of the backpack allows it to be equipped with a typical 68 w pack.

External features

The minimalist design of the backpack is designed for compactness and ease of use in confined spaces of urban buildings and vehicles.
The backpack is equipped with a patented © “assault multi-purpose strap system”, which allows you to adapt the transportation system of the backpack depending on the changing tactical conditions and equipment of the soldier. It also provides ample opportunities for fixing the backpack for use in vehicles and buildings.
The backpack is equipped with three handles for transportation: one vertical and two side handles, which makes it easy to carry it in your hands.
A two-sided scissors locking system allows you to remove the scissors without removing the backpack. Each scissor pocket has loops designed to secure scissors or a sling to specialized mounts.
Innovative © glove pockets integrated into the walls of the backpack allow you to access medical gloves without removing the backpack or in any other position.
The front of the backpack has two quick-access pockets: one small horizontal pocket (which holds hemostatic agents) and one through vertical pocket, which can be accessed from both the outside and inside of the backpack (which can be useful for transporting tourniquets and bandages that you may need during both initial and detailed examination of the wounded). The external pockets are recommended for carrying essential medical equipment, such as hemostats and tourniquets.
On the back of the backpack there is one continuous mesh pocket with a sufficient stretch coefficient to allow you to put long and bulky items (e.g., “sam splint” splints or thermal blankets).
The upper front part of the backpack has a wide Velcro strip, which makes it possible to label your backpack depending on your goals and objectives.

Internal features

The front part is equipped with two mesh pockets, an entrance to the through outer pocket, and a Velcro panel for placing a small medical panel.
The front part also has two loops with rubber cord clips for different sizes of patches.
On the back there are two Velcro strips for fixing pouches.
The side walls of the back of the backpack have a Velcro strip to which clips for elongated objects such as laryngeal airways (Kingl-T and I-gel) are attached.

Medical pouch insert
A medical pouch consisting of two interconnected panels. The rear panel contains a system of slings and elastic bands, which can securely fix ampoules of any size (while leaving the names visible), syringes, small surgical instruments and oversized property such as intubation tubes, etc. The front panel has two flat mesh elastic pockets that are perfect for napkins, plasters and other oversized flat items.
