Description

The U.S. Army MRE Box (12 pieces), abbreviated MRE - "Meal Ready to Eat", is a completely ready-to-eat meal.

A standard set includes one main course (meat), a side dish (rice, noodles, corn) with sauce, bread or crackers, and bread additives (jelly, soft cheese, peanut butter), two powdered drinks - hot and cold, and a dessert. A total of 24 different menus are presented, changing slightly from time to time to provide variety for U.S. military personnel who are forced to consume dry rations because of their service.

In addition to the above, each box contains chewing gum, toilet paper, a wet napkin, matches, a quality spoon and a chemical heater that does not require the use of fire.
