First aid kit IFAK DEFua Aesculapius Multicam is a low-profile semi-open medical pouch. Allows you to fix a full set of IFAK items at hand in quick access.

The organizer panel made of Tegris composite (can be replaced with a similar Curv) on Velcro has 4 columns of 3 Molle cells, and additional holes for shock cord and Velcro ties, which fix the contents of the pouch.

The panel is fixed on a Velcro platform with two vertical flaps, and is clamped with Velcro on the outside of the flaps.

The pouch has 3 mounting options:

Built-in standard Lasercut Molle interface

On a waist belt up to 6 cm wide (the belt is threaded through the vertical holes at the back)

With the help of carabiners or hinged velcro platforms that have a 25 mm hook (loops in the upper part of the platform are used)

The top of the pouch is equipped with an elastic band for fixing an additional turnstile and a Velcro panel for patches. The plastic colored insert under the cutout of the medical cross is removable, which helps to increase the level of camouflage.
