The special design, developed together with medical professionals and tactical medicine instructors, allows you to quickly access the tourniquet in one motion. To quickly prepare the turnstile for use, it is enough to tear the turnstile from the Velcro with a sharp movement, which will simultaneously open the inner ring of the turnstile.

For quick access to the turnstile, it is necessary to properly fold the turnstile into a ready-to-use state and fix the inner circle of the turnstile under the Velcro.

The MOLLE system is used to securely fix the pouch.

It has a permanent red marking that can be covered, for example, with a chevron due to laser performance and a combination of fabric and Velcro platform.
