Helmet:
The FAST NIJ IIIA helmet meets NATO international standards for IIIA protection. It is made of high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE). The FAST NIJ IIIA helmet has been designed with modern needs in mind and updated with rails for mounting cameras, camcorders, and VAS covers for mounting night vision goggles (NVG) and Night Vision Devices monoculars.
Active Earphones:
Earmor M32H MOD3 earphones are active and designed to be mounted on the side rails of the helmet. They suppress harmful sounds at 82 dB level while simultaneously enhancing weak ambient sounds without compromising perception quality. The headset has a built-in stereo microphone that provides three-dimensional sound perception and facilitates the identification of sound sources such as speech, rustling leaves, and approaching vehicles.
Cheburashka Mount:
The Cheburashka is a universal adapter for mounting active earphones on FAST-type helmets. It is made of impact-resistant plastic and has a swivel panel that allows adjusting the earphone cuffs in almost any position. This new adapter not only provides height adjustment of the earphones but also allows them to rotate 360 degrees around the mounting point on the helmet, as well as individually adjust the earphone cups thanks to the spherical mounting of the cup fixator.
Helmet Cover:
The Fast helmet cover in Pixel or Multicam color fits snugly without adding extra weight. It attaches to the helmet's pads and Velcro straps of the helmet's suspension system. This cover is made of durable and wear-resistant 600D Oxford fabric. It dries quickly and does not fade in the sun.
