Tradition knives have a traditional handle shape as well as a yataghan-shaped blade, and can be used in a variety of situations, from picnicking to hunting. Since 1980, there have been twelve sizes in the Tradition collection, 1-12. In sizes 6-12, the blade is securely locked in the open position thanks to the Virobloc® locking system created by Marcel Opinel in 1955.

The Opinel №12 Explore Tick Remover Green knife is a versatile folding knife designed for bushcraft and hunting, but will also perform well in household tasks. It is a continuation of the Tradition line with a classic shape of the handle made of lightweight fiberglass-reinforced polyamide and a blade made of Swedish Sandvik12C27 stainless steel, suitable for a wide range of operations.

This model is equipped with a signal whistle, which is equipped with a ball for uninterrupted work in any weather, maximum volume level up to 110 dB, and a special tool for extracting ticks, which will be a real find for tourists, hunters, fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts. Also on the heel there is a ring for attaching a clip or carabiner, pressing on which from the other side appears a pointed hook, which can easily cut various objects, including rope or belt, rescue rope or slings. The result is a compact, practical and handy multi-tool with excellent cutting properties.

The main feature of the Explore Tick Remover is that it comes with a tick removal tool. It is an effective and safe tool for removing ticks from animals and humans. It allows you to grasp the tick without crushing it and allows you to remove it completely with a rotating motion. It has two slots that can be used depending on the size of the tick.
