EXCHANGE AND RETURN


Exchange or return of goods is carried out in accordance with current legislation. Goods of good quality can be returned or exchanged under the Consumer Protection Law.


Return and exchange periods:

 • Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.

 • Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.


Conditions for returning goods:

 • The product has not been used and has no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains;

 • The product is fully completed and the original packaging is preserved;

 • All labels and factory markings are preserved;

 • The product retains its presentation and consumer properties.

 • In accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange.


A refund:

 • In case of returning an item, a refund will be issued within 1-3 business days from the date the item was received by the store.

 • Funds are returned in a certain way as agreed by the parties.

• Make sure that the product complies with the standards of the “Conditions for returning goods”;

 • Send the goods to us by the postal operator "Novaya Poshta" to the address specified by the manager;

 • As soon as we receive the goods, we will inspect it and make a telephone call;

 • Depending on the result of the check, we will return the funds to the details you provided.


Cost of delivery of goods when returning:

 • Returns of goods are free of charge. It is important to us that everything suits you and that you are satisfied with your purchase.
